3. Weapons, Drugs, and Related Materials: Selling or promoting firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal drugs, or prescription drugs without proper regulation.
4. Pyramid or Ponzi Schemes: Participation or promotion of pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or other deceptive financial practices.
5. Gambling, Lotteries, and Contests: Engaging in illegal gambling, lotteries, or games of chance that are not legally authorized in your jurisdiction.
6. Counterfeit Goods or Stolen Property: Selling or facilitating the sale of counterfeit goods or stolen items, including intellectual property or products without proper authorization.
7. Unlicensed Financial Services: Offering services such as currency exchange, investment services, or other financial operations without proper licenses or authorization.

9. Spam or Harmful Software: Using Flow Audio to distribute spam, unsolicited messages, malware, or harmful software that disrupts the service or invades others' privacy.
Enforcement:
Violating this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, at the sole discretion of Flow Audio. We may also take legal action or report violations to relevant authorities if required.
Aligning with the policies of our Third Party Payment providers:
Flow Audio follows the guidelines set forth in the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy and the Stripe Acceptable Use Policy. By using our services, you agree to adhere to the same prohibited activities and standards defined in PayPal and Stripe’s policies.
